Why are the ladies look for older men?
It's true that many ladies' profiles state that they don't mind  meeting an older man -  25 year old  women usually search for 25-45 year old men, or don't specify any age limits. However, if you see a profile stating that a 19 year old girl wants to meet a man of 45 to 70 years old, beware. They tend to look for someone starting from a year older than themselves upwards. 

Possible reasons why it looks like a lady is dreaming about a much older husband:
  • The local agency told her that it will be much easier for her to find an older man, and that she will be able to decide later if she wants to date him (agencies need clients!).
  • She did not specify any age range of a prospective partner in her application because she simply did not think it that important, or she just forgot.
  • The profiles are posted by women seeking "rich" husbands and targeting the most effective audience.
  • There are very few ladies who probably do want a much older husband.

It's possible for a man to find a younger lady, even much younger. However a 10 to 15 year age difference is possibly the limit, otherwise you could face problems in later life.

Follow your head, not your pants - As a 40-something year old guy, it is oh-so flattering to have a 20-year old girl 'chatting you up'. The ego kicks in, and you start to imagine what the guys at the golf club will say when you turn up at the club house with this stunning creature on your arm. Take a step back for a moment, and consider what you might think if one of your pals did the same?
 
Now that we have you feeling cautious and responsible, it is also worth mentioning the positive reason that some ladies seek older gentlemen.
 
Women in Ukraine and Russia marry young - Often between the ages of 17 and 25. They also have a child or children in the early part of their married lives. Then, when things go wrong, they divorce and are left to raise the child(ren) alone, and support them. Having been let down once by guys in their own age group they look towards more mature men who have made a career and are financially stable. Of course all such men in their home countries are already taken, so they look further afield. In Russia alone there are 88 men to 100 women - this equates to 10 million women in Russia who cannot find a partner in their own country.
 
Those that are more savvy, and have the courage to move away from their family and friends, turn to companies like ourselves. The upside is that, once a woman has moved to marry a man in a different country, the chances of that marriage failing are far less - The divorce rate amongst couples introduced by our services is far lower than the average divorce rates in Europe and the USA.
